International Braille Chess Association (IBCA) www.ibca-info.org and All India Chess Federation For The Blind (AICFB) www.aicfb.in are glad to inform you that the IBCA Asia Pacific Chess Championship for the Visually Challenged, 2017 will take place in ‘Manipal University ’ Manipal, India from 22nd March to 31st March 2017.
