Dear Chess Players,
We are happy to inform you that you have been invited to participate in the AICFB South Zone Selection Chess Championship for the Visually Challenged 2022, which will be held at Pulikkal, Malappuram, Kerala from 19th March to 21st March, 2022. This Championship is being jointly organized by All India Chess Federation for the Blind (AICFB) and Kerala State Chess Association for the Blind and Ability Foundation for Disabled.
Venue: Ability Foundation for Disabled, Pulikkal, Malappuram, Kerala.
Please note that registration is mandatory to all participant on AICFB ChessMitra Portal. All Players must register your name on https://chessmitra.aicfb.in/
Lodging & Boarding will be provided from 18th March (Evening) to 22nd March (Morning), 2022.
All players to show 2nd Dose Vaccination Certificate at the time of reporting. Non-Vaccinated players should carry a copy of their RTPCR COVID-19 negative test report conducted 72 hours prior to their date of competition. Wearing Face masks will be mandatory at all times and strictly follow all COVID-19 guidelines to protect yourself and other players.
Escorts are not allowed without prior approval. Escorts accompanying players without approval have to pay Rs 2,500 as charges for their lodging and boarding or alternately make their own arrangements.
The Final function will be held on 21st March, 2022 evening at 4 pm for which the attendance of all participants is compulsory.
