1st Sethu Bhaskara Open National FIDE Rating Chess Tournament For Visually Impaired 2023

Dear Chess Players,

We are happy to inform you that you have been invited to participate in the 1st Sethu Bhaskara Open National FIDE Rating Chess Tournament For Visually Challenged, 2023. The dates of the Championship are 10th May to 13th May, 2023. This Championship is organized by Tamil Nadu Braille Chess Association under the agies of All India Chess Federation for The Blind.

Please note that registration is mandatory to all participant on AICFB ChessMitra Portal. Players who have already been registered do not need to register again.

Every player must pay 250 rupees annual fee of AICF (aicf.in) and 150 rupees annual fee of AICFB after 1st April, 2023 (chessmitra.aicfb.in) via online mode before coming to the tournament.

We will share Google Form link for registration on 1st April, 2023.

Lodging & Boarding will be provided from 09th May Evening 06.00Pm  to 14th May Morning 08.00Am 2023.

Escorts are strictly not allowed without prior approval or alternately make their own arrangements.

The Final function will be held on 13th May, 2023 evening at 4 pm for which the attendance of all participants is compulsory.
